Secures large industrial swing/slide-fold doors top and bottom with one lever handle. Connection of rods to lever handle is with offset arms. Top/bottom bolts retracted only by movement of lever handle. Lever Handle located 48″ from floor line, projects 5-5/8″. Kits w/exterior lever handle for doors 1 3/4” to 4” thick.
