Decorative Back Plate is used with #1036.01031SC or 1036.01037SC strap hinges when bolting hinges to a non-reinforced door (such as hollow metal). The door backplate distributes the force of the fasteners over a larger surface preventing damage to the door. Back Plate Size: 16-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ x 3/16″. No fasteners included.
