Secures medium swing/slide-fold doors top and bottom with one lever handle. Connection of rods to lever handle is with offset arms. Top/bottom bolts retracted only by movement of the lever handle. Lever Handle located 48″ from floor line, projects 5-5/8″. Kits with exterior lever handle for doors 1-3/4”- 4” thick.
