Description

The standard backplate is used with 1035 and 1036 series standard strap hinges when bolting them to a non-reinforced door. The 1035 standard backplate comes in four variations which correspond with the four available lengths of hinge. The backplate distributes the force of the fasteners over a larger surface thereby preventing damage to the door. The standard backplate is made from steel and finished with a powder coat. Backplate dimensions: 16-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ x 3/16″. Fasteners not included.
