Order Change or Cancellation

Orders or line items may not be changed five (5) or fewer working days prior to the acknowledged ship date of the order. When the Purchaser cancels or changes an order or line item that is a special case (see Special Items), the Purchaser shall bear the responsibility of compensating Richards-Wilcox for production time and material up to the time of the change. Order changes (additions or reductions) in quantities could invalidate the “Quick Ship” program benefits.

Shipment

Shipment of standard catalog items will ship as follows: High Frequency “Quick Ship” Products – Will ship within FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS from receipt of your order and necessary credit approval, excluding unusual or abnormal item quantities in which case the acknowledged ship date will be guaranteed.

Low Frequency Products – will ship within FOUR (4) WEEKS from receipt of your order and necessary credit approval, excluding unusual or abnormal item quantities in which case we will acknowledge the scheduled ship date.

Expedited Product. For shipments outside of standard shipping times consult Customer Service; expedited charges will apply.
